You respond to a 5th wheel trailer fire at Eugene RV storage off of Rail Road Blvd. Besides the trailer, 2 other trailers and boat were damaged by the fire. how do you properly complete the FDM. Include screen shots from FDM if needed.
One of your crew is going into a fact finding. What is the name of the “rights” they have? Describe where you can find this information. Please print off a copy.

1. You are the Captain at a medic station; one of your FFs who has been off of probation for about a year wants to file a formal complaint with Human Resources concerning the way they are being treated by other members of the department. How do you handle this and what are the correct steps?
2. During a cleaning of the station locker room you find a member of your crew has been keeping an SCBA pack and bottle in an extra locker as a training aide for the Seattle stair climb. What do you do?
3. While responding to a man down call near the Saturday Market you notice a woman watching your crew and the Medic crew work. After the call she approaches you and asks “Does the Fire Department only hire white Firemen?” How do you respond?
